How do I hang the frames?

We’ve got you covered! Every frame comes with a FREE hanger — simply attach it to the wall with a hammer and hang your frame in seconds. 🔨🖼️

What size are your frames?

Our frames measure 34 × 44 cm, including the frame itself. Each artwork inside measures 30 × 40 cm, giving it a clean and perfectly proportioned finish.

How can I customize my own frame?

At Lore Society,customization is more than welcome! Reach out to our Whatsapp or Instagram DM and simply send us the design you need,or explain the inspiration you have in mind.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchange is possible within 10 days of receiving your order, however cash refund is currently not available.

Is order pick-up available?

Yes, pick-up is available from Zouk-Mosbeh. Just let us know that you will be picking up your order (at a date determined later by us) via Whatsapp.
